🚀 Projects & Key Achievements

🧠 Performance Optimization:

Reduced the execution time of a query in Oracle Database from 30 to 5 minutes by strategically indexing columns used in GROUP BY, ORDER BY, and WHERE clauses. Additionally, implemented parallel processing using Oracle's PARALLEL feature to maximize system performance.

🔄 Architecture Migration:

Supported the transition from a monolithic architecture to microservices, starting with the migration of a user alert product. Isolated key components and deployed them as microservices on WebLogic, efficiently reusing existing PL/SQL logic.

🤖 Automation:

Developed a Python script to automate the initial setup of new API Proxies in Apigee, generating XML files with mandatory policies ready for deployment—significantly reducing manual configuration time.

Created another Python script to automate report generation from multiple internal data sources (databases, services, and applications), replacing a PowerQuery-based process. This reduced report generation time from 5 minutes to under 1 minute.

📊 Proactive Monitoring:

Designed and implemented a microservice that periodically monitors HTTP response codes from Apigee API Proxies, automatically detecting service outages or frequent errors and notifying stakeholders for timely resolution.

Built a personal website powered by AI with features for automated blog article generation, multilingual translation, and continuous deployment.
